How can I sync my 2 Adjustable Bed Frames to work as a king bed?

To operate two adjustable beds simultaneously, you must connect both beds using the sync cable. Plug both Bed A and Bed B into working electrical outlets. A surge protector is recommended. Press the FLAT button on Remote A and Remote B to align the beds properly in a flat position.
Plug one end of the sync cable into the control box on Bed A. Insert it into the port labeled SYNC. Plug the other end of the sync cable into the control box on Bed B. Insert it into the port labeled SYNC.
Bed A and Bed B can now be controlled simultaneously using Remote A or Remote B. NOTE: When operating beds in tandem, both beds should always be plugged into working electrical outlets

There are 4 preset buttons that you can re-program to suit your preference. These buttons are the M - memory button, ZG - Zero Gravity button, Reading position button, and TV position button.

How do I customize the memory and preset buttons?

Accepted Answer

You can store new head and foot positions by customizing the memory and preset buttons. For safety reasons, the Flat and Anti-Snore buttons cannot be customized.
1. Move the head and/or foot sections to your desired position.
2. Press and hold the FLAT button and the M or the preset button that you want to customize for 5 seconds until the remote backlight flashes. The new bed position is now stored in the memory or the selected preset button overriding the factory default.

My bed is not working and the remote is just blinking fast.

When the remote is blinking fast, it is an indication that the remote is locked. All you have to do is press and hold the lock button (beside the pair button) until the remote flashes. This should release the remote from being locked. Your adjustable bed should respond to the remote this time.

There are times that the remote gets un-paired with the bed making the ABF unresponsive. To pair it again, just follow these steps. 1. Unplug the ABF from the outlet/wall for at least 10-15 seconds. 2. Plug the ABF into a working outlet. A surge protector is advised. 3. On the remote, press and hold the PAIR button until the remote flashes. This should pair your remote to your ABF.

Nectar weights range from 60lbs (Classic Twin) to 146lbs (Luxe Hybrid King). Nectar may be slightly heavier than other direct to consumer mattresses, but it is built with better, heavier and more durable materials and we think that this is the right way to construct a mattress.

White Glove Delivery includes the removal of your existing mattress. An additional state mandated fee will be added for orders shipping to California, Rhode Island, or Connecticut. These states have specific laws for recycling regardless of whether or not White Glove Delivery is included. Please note that removal of your existing items is at the discretion of the service provider, and may not be available in some areas due to safety restrictions.
