What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, and happily extend financing options via Affirm and SplitIt. We also accept Amazon Pay and PayPal. We do not currently accept any pre-paid credit cards.

What is the shipping weight of the Nectar mattress?

Nectar weights range from 60lbs (Classic Twin) to 146lbs (Luxe Hybrid King). Nectar may be slightly heavier than other direct to consumer mattresses, but it is built with better, heavier and more durable materials and we think that this is the right way to construct a mattress.

Can you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States, not including Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, etc. We do, however, ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional $250 per large item ordered. Shipping fees for products that have been delivered to an address in Alaska and Hawaii are non-refundable.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free within the contiguous United States, whether to purchase or return a Nectar. There are additional shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii ($250 per large item ordered). Shipping fees for products that have been delivered to an address in Alaska and Hawaii are non-refundable.

Will you remove my existing mattress when my Nectar mattress is delivered?

White Glove Delivery includes the removal of your existing mattress. An additional state mandated fee will be added for orders shipping to California, Rhode Island, or Connecticut. These states have specific laws for recycling regardless of whether or not White Glove Delivery is included. Please note that removal of your existing items is at the discretion of the service provider, and may not be available in some areas due to safety restrictions.

I live in Alaska/Hawaii, can you ship to me?

Yes we do! We ship our products to Hawaii and Alaska every day. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii does incur an additional shipping fee of $250 per large item, which is applied to your order on check out. Shipping fees for products that have been delivered to an address in Alaska and Hawaii are non-refundable.

Do I need to keep any of the packing materials?

There's absolutely no need to keep any of the packing materials once you have unpacked your Nectar. If at any point during your trial you decide that the Nectar isn't quite right for you, don't worry about getting it back into its original box. Simply get in touch with a sleep specialist by calling 1-888-425-4854.

Do I need to pay to return my Nectar?

Returns, as always, are free if you are in the contiguous U.S. If you are outside of the U.S. a delivery charge is added at checkout, but a return is still free.

What is Affirm?

Affirm is a financing alternative to credit cards and other credit payment products. Affirm offers real-time financing for purchases online. With Affirm, you can buy and receive your purchase now, and pay for it in fixed monthly installments from 3, 6, 12, 18, and 24 months. For example, instead of $1,500 up front, pay only $63 a month at 0% APR over 24 months. A down payment may be required.

Affirm will also state the amount of your fixed, monthly payments and the total amount of interest you’ll pay over the course of the loan.

Going forward, you’ll get monthly email and SMS reminders about your upcoming payments. You can also set up autopay to avoid missing a payment. Your first monthly payment will be due 30 days from the date we the merchant completes processing your order.

Are there any interest or fees associated with Affirm loans (late fees)?

Affirm loans vary between 0% APR and 36% APR simple interest. The corresponding finance charge is the only fee associated with an Affirm loan. Affirm does not charge late fees, service fees, prepayment fees, APR penalties or any other hidden fees for a late payment. They strive to always be more transparent and fair than any other form of financing.

No need to worry since Nectar’s Forever Warranty™ has you covered! If impressions are 1.5 inches or more, we will replace Nectar for free.

We don’t currently offer replacement covers for sale, however, that is something we are working on in the future. If you're experiencing an issue with your Nectar mattress cover, please contact our Customer Care team and we'll help figure out what options are available.

When can I expect to receive my delivery?

Once our local delivery agent has received your complete order, you’ll be contacted to select a convenient 2-hour delivery and setup window. You can expect delivery of your items within 1-3 business days after you have been contacted. Our White Glove Delivery typically adds at least 1-2 business days to the delivery time.

$199 covers White Glove Delivery of two items. Each additional item is $49. You’ll have the option to have your existing mattress removed.

You’ll be contacted within 1-3 business days to schedule a delivery date and time that works best for you. Set up and removal of your old mattress will be completed by our provider, so you can relax.

To assist with a smooth delivery, please ensure your home is obstruction-free (hallway clear and pets put away). The team will install your new sleep solution and safely recycle your existing mattress. They won’t be able to disassemble existing headboard/footboard setups or move them to a different room in your home. On the day of your delivery, you can expect a call when the team is 15-30 minutes away.
